Special Birthday Greetings:
Our sincere congratulations to Mrs Mary Macleod of Matheson Road, who was 100 years old last Thursday (20th ). Mrs Macleod is the daughter of the late esteemed Minister of the congregation Rev. Kenneth Macrae, and the mother of our Assistant Minister Rev Kenny I. Macleod. We wish her God’s richest blessing on attaining her 100th birthday.

Sunday 9 July
Refreshments will be served after the service this evening in the Hall and all are welcome. We will thank and say farewell to Mr Iain Macritchie for his ministry in the congregation over the past six weeks of his placement with us.

Deaths
We note with sadness the following deaths in the congregation in the past week and we pray that God will comfort their families and relatives in their time of sorrow.
Mr Iain Mackenzie (Elder), 7 Stile Walk, on Thursday 29th June. We extend our sympathy to his widow Georgina, son Don, daughter Karen and husband Mark, and grandchildren Breagha and Struan.
Mr Colin K Macritchie, 83 Plasterfield, on Monday 3rd July 2017. We extend our sympathy to his brothers Norman and Donald Murdo, and to Donald Murdo’s family. There will be a wake this evening (Sunday) at 9.00pm in the church. The funeral service will be on Monday at a time to be announced followed by interment at Gravir cemetery.
