Sunday School Prize Giving

Next week, Sunday 22nd June, is our annual prize giving when all the children in the congregation from crèche, Tweenies, Sunday School and Bible Class will receive a book.

All their families, along with our wider church family, are invited to the hall immediately after the morning service for a cuppa before the prize giving commences. It’s always a lovely way for the children to conclude another year of learning more from God’s word.

The speaker will be Laura Anne Macleod from Leurbost who recently spent some time working on “Mercy Ships”, a Christian organisation that brings, in their own words, “hope and healing to the forgotten poor.” The organisation treats all patients free of charge regardless of religion, race or gender.  The singing on the day will be led by our own Ewen Mackenzie.
