News & Updates

Bulletin - Sunday 25th July

Creche and Tweenies 11:00 in downstairs church hall.

Tweenies children (aged 3-5) can be left by parents as before.

Creche children (aged 0-2) parents will be asked to remain with their child at present due to Covid restrictions. All Covid protocols will be adhered to.

If you are wishing to book a place for your child, please contact Fiona Macleod on 07825 000 250 with your: Name; Telephone number; Names of children attending (details required for track and trace).  You will then receive information with what to expect at Creche/Tweenies under the current Covid circumstances. If you haven't been to Creche or Tweenies before we would be delighted to see you there!

We are now looking for volunteers for creche. This involves looking after children aged 0-3 to allow parents to attend the morning church service. This will be on a rota basis. If you are interested or have any questions, please contact Marianne Macaulay on 07791 187 236 or [email protected]

Change To Social Distancing Requirement:
As from last Monday, 19th July, the requirement to maintain 2 metre social distancing in public buildings, including places of worship, was reduced to 1 metre social distancing. This is a welcome development which means we can now increase the seating capacity in the Kenneth Street church from 120 to 250, and in the Seminary from 75 to 130. These numbers are approximate and will be reviewed regularly as attendance patterns become clearer.

The wearing of face-coverings is still mandatory, and Track and Trace details still must be noted. It will, however, not now be necessary for those who have been attending services regularly to book every week, but it would be appreciated if you could inform Lorraine or Lizzie if you are not able to attend

Individuals, couples, families, and visitors who intend coming to services from now on should book their place by contacting one of the following:

To attend English services in the Church, contact Lorraine on [email protected] or 07720 321 081 before 6.30pm on Friday.

To attend the Gaelic service in the Seminary contact Lizzie on [email protected] or 07900 586 930 before 6:30pm on Saturday.

We hope this further relaxation of Covid-19 restrictions will lead to a significant increase in the number attending our services, both on weekdays and on the Lord’s Day.
